Directions from Connecticut and Points South
- 95 North
- Take Exit 3A (Route 138) in Rhode Island
- Merge onto Route 138 East and continue for approximately 12 miles until intersection with Route 1
- Turn left onto Route 1 North
- Take exit for Route 138 East towards Jamestown/Newport
- Go over the bridge and take the 2nd exit on Jamestown (Downtown Jamestown) onto Conanicus Avenue (Exit will be immediately before the Newport toll plaza)
- Continue on Conanicus Avenue until stop sign
- Go through stop sign and turn left into the parking lot
- Island Realty office will be on the right
Directions from Massachusetts and Points North
- 95 South Take Exit 9 (left-hand) onto Route 4 South in Rhode Island
- After approximately 10 miles take exit onto Route 138 East towards Jamestown/Newport
- Go over the bridge and take the 2nd exit on Jamestown (Downtown Jamestown) on to Conanicus Avenue (Exit will be immediately before the Newport toll plaza)
- Continue on Conanicus Avenue until stop sign
- Go through stop sign and turn left into the parking lot
- Island Realty office will be on the right
