John has been in real estate finance and sales for 30+ years. He relocated to Rhode Island in the summer of 2003 with his wife, Joan, a native of Jamestown. John joined Island Realty in May of 2005, helping with the opening of their Narragansett office. He transferred to the Jamestown office, joining wife Joan as her business partner.

As a former banking executive from California John posesses an MBA in Banking and Finance. He has experience on bank and community service boards of directors, as well as being an Adjunct Professor in Economics and Finance.

John is active in many civic, social and community activities, including the Board of the Jamestown Chamber of Commerce, Friends of the Jamestown Fire Department & JEMS, small business advocacy and serving as a lay minister in his church. His interests include golf, boating, cycling and other outdoor activities.

John enjoys working with home buyers and sellers, with a goal of continuing Island Realty's market leadership.
